I worked hard designing a Special Hinge Repair kit with Spring Steel metal band that would fix the Atwood Door Frame Plastic Hinge area where it has broken out causing customer purchase a new door, that's now not available or buy new refrigerators costing $1000's, not anymore. I have now finished the new design. These are made right here in the USA. This Special kit with the Spring Steel Metal Support Band is added to wrap around the Atwood Door Frame Plastic Hinge area that has cracked or broken off and along with Our Metal Hinge Repair kit it does the fix forever, and will prevent the doors from falling off. Let me know it you need the top corner, I have top kit as well, this listing is for the Lower corner.
Of course, Our Door Hinge repair kit repairs your problem, now along with our new Metal Support Band “it solves problem for good” with Our Metal Support Band around the Plastic Hinge area you will never have the problem again. My New designed Metal Support Band will fit Door frame like the ones listed below and As most RV customers know, replacement doors for the Atwood models are not available and this Metal Support Band along with our Hinge Repair kit part kit will solve your broken door Hinge rather the plastic hinge is completely broken off which you can use JB Weld epoxy to bond back in place and the Metal Support Band will wrap around the broken hinge, holding it tightly in place by 3 screws and also use our special designed Metal Hinge Repair kit to carry all the weight now it will be Stronger than when new with an all metal corner. Better yet, by adding the Metal Support Band and Our Metal Repair Kit before your Plastic hinge area starts to crack to your RM series Model listed below.

Atwood Model use the Special made Hinge repair kit, this kit fits the models below :
To install using the Metal Hinge Repair kit: simply fit the Metal Hinge Repair Kit to the Door frame with the Round Ring firmly around the Door bushing, mark top 2 holes in the Door Frame and make the 3 holes on the end plate. Use a small drill to make pilot holes to attach using screws furnished to secure Metal Hinge plate top 2 screws only. The Support band will not fit flush till other screws are tight, once the spring steel is flexed down tight, Mark the 2 front holes to pre-drill, use the screws furnished to secure the Support Band tight. NOTE: If your Plastic bottom Hinge area is badly cracked or broken out, use JB Weld epoxy placed under the the Hinge repair kit in place to screw down tight to form a strong Hinge repaired area, small amount of JB Weld epoxy the Support Band now slide it around the plastic hinge the short end under the Hinge Repair Kit, now secure the 3 end holes tight. All metal Hinge area once bonded together will last many years.
Door hinge repair when Plastic broken parts are missing
If your Plastic Hinge Area part completely broken off and the broken part are lost, that’s not a problem. You can use Our Metal Support Band. Place the Metal Support Band in place with our Door Hinge Repair kit. Everything screwed in place. Now use 2 part Epoxy Putty to fill the void by filling with the Epoxy Putty to form the area missing up through Metal Support Band to the Metal Hinge Repair hinge pin ring. Level off and let cure. Once cured hard, drill a new pin center hole for your hinge pin. Now you are back with New fixed forever door hinge repair. If you want you can remove ally some JB Weld epoxy under the kit reinstall kit and let it all bond together.
