Norcold Does not make this part, we custom built the Door Frame Hinge repair kit for the Norcold 4 Door Model, I designed it & had them custom made just for you. If we run out, we produce more. Made here in the USA. The new custom-built Kits come with Screws and if needed for major issue a new metal insert for the hinge pin. The picture shows the new Hinge Repair Kit showing it will work to keep you from Buying a new Complete door replacement, which is no longer available. The New Design Metal Hinge kit would carry the weight. You need to reinforce your Plastic Hinge with the Metal repair kit before you have to replace either or both doors. Save your Doors before it’s too late. The kit will fix both top & bottom Hinges and both Right and Left Doors. (No freezer doors, only the lower 2 doors)
Are you having to replace your door because it broke out the plastic Hinge base due to excess weight or hard swinging of the door? This Hinge kit is a Metal PLATE base adding extra strength to the door, new metal hinge pin insert if needed, and SOLVES the problem. This kit will only work on Norcold series models doors listed above. This kit is a recommended replacement part for these models that have or going to have when door breaks at the lower Plastic, the very common problem as they age. If your door hinge area has broken or cracks, you may need to replace the door. If this happens, JB Weld and our Metal Hinge repair kit save the Day and $$$. This Hinge kit simply Repairs the Hinge area like a new door to prevent from replacing the Door. Why wait till it cracks. Metal will not crack; the fix is forever.
To install: Simple lay the New kit in place for the bottom of door with the Round Ring firmly around raise Door Pin area of the door frame, may take some tweaking, mark those top 3 holes NOTE: mark the other 3 side holes in the Door Frame after you have tightened the top hole. Use a small drill bit to make the pilot holes to attach & secure Metal Hinge kit. If your Plastic Hinge area is cracked or broken out use JB Weld to bond the missing pieces back to the area and then place the Hinge kit repair in place to screw down tight- If the area broken out is major broken out use JB Weld Putty Stick to fill the area to reshape new form, let cure, file, sand into shape. Once cured you can redrill in stages up to the needed size for the metal hinge pin insert which is a drill size of 25/64. For the Door Hinge plate, it just lays flat, line up around the Hinge hole drill and mount. Only, if needed, the Metal Hinge pin insert drill with the 25/64 and insert the Metal insert.
In the pictures I will try to tell How the kit goes on fixing your broken Norcold 1210 or 1211, from the pictures kit on epoxy mold and one view on a Norcold Door. I did not have a good Norcold Door I could use for all views. I used epoxy molds, some clear to show drilling and the epoxy repair location example and some black molds with kit and insert installed.

Other pictures in the list show kit installed with out the hinge pin insert since sometime Your door may not need the insert.

Picture a Group from, not in the correct order, JB Weld the broken-out hole at the Hinge pin area, Drill the cured bonded JB Weld hole fixed, the metal insert installed, and finally Our Metal Hinge Repair Kit Installed.
Special Note! Due to the age of Plastic of your Norcold doors and the front panels or Stainless steel front panels the Hinge kit may need tweaking to install, the only important part is the hinge pin ring placement, that is always the same. You can bend or flex the metal plate as needed to install. You can place small amount of epoxy under the kit for add strength of the kit. Tweaking to fit is OK and most of the time is needed. There's a lot of models and this can fit most of them.
