The old Norcold Kit part # 634166 is not made for the Polar series doors, this plate Is made specially for the new model Polar series Door lower Left hand door broken plastic hinge area
Norcold Does not make or have this repair part, I had this one custom designed & built for this series. Now we have the Polar Door Frame Hinge repair plate in stock for the Polar Series Norcold Door frame, I had it custom made just for you. If we run out, we can produce more. The new custom built plate comes with Screws and Washers.. The picture shows the new Metal Hinge Repair plate showing it will work to keep you from Buying a new Complete door replacement. The New Design Metal would carry the weight, repair before the Plastic cracks. You need to reinforce your Plastic bottom hinge area with the Metal repair plate before you have to replace the complete Door, if you can find one. Save your Door before it’s too late. If your Plastic has cracked you can still use the Repair kit, use little bit of JB weld, and keep your old door and save those Dollars...

To install: simple lay the Polar Hinge Kit series in place with the Round Ring firmly around door frame bushing, mark your top 2 holes and mark the 3 end side holes in the Door Frame. Use a small drill bit to make a pilot holes to attach the screws furnished to secure Metal Hinge kit plate. If your Plastic Hinge area is cracked or broken out use JB Weld to place under the area and then place the Hinge repair in place to screw down tight to form a strong Hinge supported area to last many years.
The picture shown is a view looking at it from the bottom where the Metal Hinge kit would be placed to carry the weight so the plastic part that broke would stay fixed.
