This is for the Amish cooling unit coils only. This thermostat switch is a normally open activated by Surface temperature to  close when the Steam pipe heats up. This switch will activate the cooling unit fans.

 Having the fan switch on the Steam pipe is better,  we feel activating fans sooner than later will start cooling faster as the air flow increases through the condenser fins faster.

This switch is not used to replace the OEM's
